Volkswagen PRINTED THING is a hydrogen fuel cell city car for 3 occupants with driver in the centre. Inspired by locally produced hydrogen, THING is designed to be printed anywhere, reducing manufacturing costs and environmental damage.  The printed plastic frame contains electric circuits and serves as a street light at night, while the colourful rubber core protects FCEV powertrain and doubles as a suspension.
